PlyometricsElevate your athleticism with Plyometrics, a high-intensity session designed to enhance explosiveness, reaction time, and lower-body power. This class focuses on fast-twitch muscle activation, vertical jump development, rapid force production and rapid force absorption, helping athletes move with more speed, agility, and control. Through box jumps, depth jumps, depth drops, bounding drills, and dynamic movements, you'll build the strength and coordination needed to dominate in competition. Held every Tuesday.

1-hour Studio SessionThere will be no other guests in the entire space throughout your rental.
