Kaz will assesses your unique body type (Prakruti), state of mind, and lifestyle to identify imbalances caused by diet, environment, or habits. Through tongue diagnosis, skin, hair, and facial analysis, we evaluate your digestive health and any toxins (Ama). A tailored, all-natural program is crafted to restore balance, addressing the root cause, not just symptoms. You will receive an individual treatment plan with diet and lifestyle advice as well as recommendations for herbs and bodywork treatments for a vibrant, balanced life. Monthly follow-up visits (typically 3-4) are recommended for adjustments, if required, to ensure lasting health. **ZOOM LINK WILL BE SENT 24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT TIME**

Once you have started your Ayurvedic journey, we are here to support you. During your follow-up consultations, Kaz will review your progress of your personal plan, reassesses imbalances and evaluates digestive health. She will address any concerns and make adjustments as required to your program—diet, lifestyle, herbs, and suggested bodywork treatments, to ensure sustained balance and optimal wellness. As this is an online appointment - please email a copy of your symptom tracker diary prior to the consultation. A Zoom link will be sent 24 hours prior to appointment time.
