L'accompagnement est réalisé sur deux ou trois sessions guidées par un référentiel pour identifier les actions menées par la structure et les pistes de progrès pour le futur. Réservez ici votre accompagnement à la lutte contre les discriminations dans les SIAE. L'accompagnement dure 4 demi-journées. La première session est une sensibilisation aux principaux concepts de la lutte contre les discriminations. Ensuite, nous planifions ensemble des sessions d'échanges et de réflexions collectives, guidées par un référentiel pour identifier les actions menées par la structure et les pistes de progrès pour le futur. Le premier créneau a pour but pour faire un rapide point ensemble sur le déroulement de l'accompagnement et sur vos attentes. Les horaires sont proposés à titre indicatif et peuvent être modifiés si besoin.
