Es geht (immer wieder) um den Prozess des Anfangens, Ausprobierens, Entdeckens, Anpassens und des Weitergehens. Wir lassen uns Zeit, spüren nach und stärken uns gemeinsam. Die Sequenzen beinhalten: Asanas (Körperhaltungen), Pranayama (Atemübungen), sowie Meditation und werden durch kleine Geschichten/Texte und passende Musik ergänzt. Dieser abwechslungsreiche Kurs gibt sowohl ruhigen Aspekten und Bewegungen, als auch kräftigendem und fliessendem Vinyasa inspiriertem Yoga Zeit und Raum. Du kannst Dich zudem immer wieder durch Yoga Nidra tief entspannen und zu neuer Kraft finden.Jeder Mensch hat eine andere Vorgeschichte, andere Bedürfnisse und Möglichkeiten.  Diese Grundhaltung ermöglicht ein natürliches und liebevolles Wachstum.Einzelstunde: 30.-, im 10ner Abo 280.-

Ein Weg zu tiefer Entspannung. Yin Yoga ist ein ruhiger, passiver Yoga-Stil, bei dem die Asanas (Körperhaltungen) größtenteils liegend und sitzend ausgeführt und ca. 2-5 Minuten lang gehalten werden. Zwischen den Asanas wird zudem häufig eine neutrale Liegeposition zur Harmonisierung integriert (Rebound). Yin Yoga entspannt Körper und Geist, fördert die Beweglichkeit, ist ein geeignetes Faszientraining und wirkt sich positiv auf Dysbalancen und Stress aus. Die meditative und ruhige Natur des Yin bietet Dir eine kraftvolle Gelegenheit, nach „Innen“ zu gehen und Dich im Loslassen zu üben. Yin Yoga fokussiert sich auf die tiefsten Gewebe des Körpers, unser Bindegewebe – Bänder, Gelenke, Knochen, die tiefen Fasziennetze des Körpers und die Meridiane . Dies ist ein wunderbar ausgleichender Kontrast zum Yang betonten Alltag und zu einer oft Yang dominierenden körperlichen Auslastung.
