Our Junior group Squash Sessions provide a dynamic and engaging environment for junior squash players registered in the P. H. P Squash Program. From mini squash players to teenagers, these sessions are designed to enhance their cognitive skills both on and off the court. With a focus on healthy competition, our program nurtures their development and prepares them for future endeavors. Join us for an exciting and educational experience that will help your child thrive in the world of squash.

These sessions are for adult and senior players registered with P.H.P Squash Club. We have consistent squash league practice sessions, Fitness sessions, learning how to play the game in adulthood and staying healthy by using squash as your avenue. The fees for the sessions are provided upon request from Coach Emmanuel. 

For the kings with limited time, he can come get a 30-minute basic manicure and pedicure or the combination of both services. This package offers an Epsom salt foot soak and a hand sanitizing element.

For active kings, this is a more intensive combination package, offering a 45-minute manicure and pedicure that begins to introduce other elements such as the Green Tea exfoliates, and a choice of Shea Butter or Vitamin E oils to both the manicure and pedicure services and partial massages.

For the kings that are sports driven, this package once again increases the service value, offering a 55-minute manicure and pedicure. It also introduces a choice of Mud-Clay or Charcoal and Licorice facials scrubs and masks, hot towel wraps and hot stones. It also offers more of a range of massage with the temple neck, shoulder, upper and forearm massages.
