$170 This is a half-day rental, morning or afternoon/evening. It begins at 4:00 am on the given date and goes to 1:00 pm on the same day, the afternoon goes from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm.  The deposit is to ensure the space is left clean and trash has been taken out. 

$300 This is a full day rental, you may rent multiple days if the schedule allows. It begins at 2:00 am on the given date and goes to 11:59 pm on the same day.  The deposit is to ensure the space is left clean and trash has been taken out.
