Die Dehnübungen können auch als passives Yoga verstanden werden, weil Sie sich nicht selbst bewegen müssen, sondern der Masseur sie sanft in die richtige Position führt. Durch die Bewegungen während der Thai Massage wird Ihren Körper und Ihren Muskeln verstärkt Sauerstoff zugeführt und Sie werden angeregt tief zu atmen.
