Restorative yoga is a relaxing, slow paced practice designed to cultivate mindfulness and release tension from the body.  This class is designed to have a relaxing, calming effect on the participants and is a superb way to balance hectic or stressful modern lifestyles. Each class will be based around 5 or 6 restorative poses and have a longer time dedicated to relaxation and meditation at the end of the practice.

Little Artist Art Programme is a drop-off art sessions, that is designed especially for children 3 years old to 10 yrs old. This programme allows children to enjoy creative adventures as they spark their natural curiosity and develop their own journey of exploration and discovery. Every week we inspire children’s imagination and nurture their creativity through hands-on Craft Project and Free Art Play.
