Puis nous pratiquons des exercices de relaxation ludique et de détente mentale autour de la thématique travaillée. Les exercices sont adaptés à l'âge de l'enfant.En fin de séance je prévois un court temps d'échange avec le(s) parent(s). 

La première séance de sophrologie se déroule en plusieurs étapes. Tout d'abord il y a un temps d'anamnèse durant lequel je vous interrogerai sur les différentes sphères de votre vie afin de comprendre vos attentes et vos besoins et de définir ensemble votre objectif. Ensuite, nous réalisons un temps de relaxation avec des exercices de respiration, de mouvements doux, et de visualisation positive.
