家族治療也是一種心理治療，不同於一對一的心理治療，治療師會透過跟家庭不同成員的會談，理解家庭的互動模式還有各成員切入問題的觀點。透過家族治療，治療師幫助各個家庭成員以系統觀去理解問題的成因，進一步改善家庭成員間的互動與溝通模式。兒童青少年的行為問題往往不是單一個人的問題，而是與整個家庭的溝通、互動有關，改變家庭互動模式，可以幫助個人與整個家庭更健康地運作。 家族治療並不是要找出「誰是問題的根源」，而是幫助家人了解彼此的影響，找到更好的相處方式，讓整個家庭變成支持而非壓力的來源。

伴侶或婚姻諮商，是一種以關係為核心的心理諮商。情侶、配偶、或長期伴侶，在相處中遇到溝通困難、衝突反覆、親密感減弱、或是想要更了解彼此，都可以一起來談。 治療師的角色，不是評斷誰對誰錯，而是像個翻譯者與導引者，協助雙方更清楚表達自己、聽懂對方，在安全的空間裡重新連結、修補關係。

Small group aqua fit sessions suitable for older people and those who would benefit from low impact exercise.Ideal for beginners.  You don't need to be able to swim to enjoy these sessions.  The pool is standing depth and heated.  The pool is stairs entry up and down with one handrail.  Assistance can be given.  Not suitable for wheelchair users or those who cannot access stairs.Low impact and a lot of fun!Pay as you go - term time only.Payment is non-refundable. but you can amend your booking with 24hours notice.
