Join our Gripped clubs for regular Saturday sessions with our coaching team. During these sessions you will work towards the National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme (NICAS) Bouldering Levels 1-3. Further info about the NICAS Bouldering Levels can be found here.Each session will cost £15, plus an extra £7.50 to purchase the NICAS Bouldering Logbook on your first session. The logbook will only need to be purchased once and can be used to complete levels 1-3 of the scheme.These sessions are for young people who are keen for structured lessons and dedicated to improving their skills.Classes are booked in 5 weekly spots.

Für diejenigen, die sich schnell Unterstützung wünschen. In vertraulichen Gesprächen begleite ich dich auf deinem Weg. Ich unterstütze dich, Herausforderungen wahrzunehmen und deine Ressourcen zu finden und zu aktivieren. Dauer ca. 60 Minuten. ​Ich empfehle dir je nach Thema mehrere Sitzungen.

Leidest du unter Ein- oder Durchschlafproblemen, Schnarchen, Zähneknirschen, Alpträumen, Grübeln oder Stress? Entspannungstechniken, therapeutische Hypnose und Schlafhygiene können helfen, Stress abzubauen und deine Schlafqualität nachhaltig zu verbessern. Ausgenommen sind organisch bedingte Schlaf-Störungen. Dauer ca. 90 Minuten inklusive Entspannungstechniken, Achtsamkeits-Übungen und auf Wunsch therapeutischer Hypnose. Ich empfehle mehrere Sitzungen.

Sie kann sehr wirkungsvoll und effizient sein, doch sie ist kein Wundermittel, und die Ergebnisse können von Mensch zu Mensch variieren. Die Bereitschaft zur Veränderung und deine aktive Mitwirkung wird vorausgesetzt. Diese Therapieform nutzt die achtsame Kommunikation mit deinem Unterbewusstseins, um Veränderungen anzustoßen und ​deine Lebensqualität zu verbessern. In einem angenehmen Zustand der natürlichen Entspannung erlebst du eine fokussierte Aufmerksamkeit, Offenheit für Suggestionen und intensivere Wahrnehmung. Diese Aspekte ermöglichen dir den Zugang zu deiner Intuition, fördern die Kommunikation mit deinem Unterbewusstsein und können deine inneren Ressourcen aktivieren . Small group aqua fit sessions suitable for older people and those who would benefit from low impact exercise.Ideal for beginners.  You don't need to be able to swim to enjoy these sessions.  The pool is standing depth and heated.  The pool is stairs entry up and down with one handrail.  Assistance can be given.  Not suitable for wheelchair users or those who cannot access stairs.Low impact and a lot of fun!Pay as you go - term time only.Payment is non-refundable. but you can amend your booking with 24hours notice.
