Rebounding is a fun and interactive exercise that combines jumping on a specialized mini trampoline (rebounder) with other forms of strength and conditioning moves.Beginner/Intermediate Classes will cover all the basics of cardio, strength, toning and stretching. Some light equipment will be incorporated when you are ready, go at your own pace and just enjoy the fun routines and awesome music.Please Note: Grip/Trampoline socks are to be worn at all times while rebounding to ensure good grip and hygiene.
