Psicoterapia é um recurso importantíssimo que contribui para a melhora de sua saúde mental, pois te ajuda a olhar com carinho para suas habilidades, qualidades e conquistas, ao mesmo tempo que te permite olhar também para os momentos difíceis de sua vida, seus erros e suas fraquezas.Existem várias abordagens da Psicologia, que são formas de olhar para o homem e o mundo, e em alguma delas você poderá se encaixar.O que é Psicoterapia Online?Recentemente você deve ter ouvido bastante falar sobre um novo modelo de psicoterapia – a ONLINE – e isso está gerando uma série de perguntas, que buscarei responder aqui de forma que fique mais claro o entendimento sobre esse novo recurso que está crescendo no mercado de cuidado da saúde mentalPrimeiro de tudo, é importante dizer que o CRP (Conselho Regional de Psicologia) publicou uma nova resolução nº 11/2018, atualizando as normas para à distância.Essa atualização traz mudanças como a liberação para realização de consultas ou atendimentos psicológicos por meio de diferentes ferramentas de tecnologia, com cuidado do profissional para que o atendimento seja realizado com base no código de ética de nossa profissão, garantindo segurança da informação e sigilo.Outra novidade nessa resolução foi o fato de não ser mais restrito o número de sessões realizadas pelos meios tecnológicos. A resolução nova prevê também a possibilidade de realização de testes psicológicos reconhecidos pelo SATEPSI e processos de Seleção de Pessoal.É importante lembrar que apenas profissionais previamente cadastrados e autorizados pelo CRP podem realizar este tipo de atendimento online, portanto, se estiver procurando um profissional para atendê-los(as), procure verificar se este tem permissão para tal atuação.No caso de atendimento de crianças e adolescentes, é necessária a autorização do responsável com um documento de consentimento expresso, assim como uma avaliação prévia para verificar a viabilidade desse processo terapêutico online para cada caso.Vale salientar que nos casos de atendimento de pessoas em situação de urgência ou emergência, como pessoas em situação de violação de direitos ou violência e crises, e grupos em situação de emergência ou desastres, os atendimentos online são inadequados; sendo necessário então atendimentos presenciais por profissionais da área.Mas como saber a diferença da modalidade online para a presencial e qual é a melhor para mim?Vou falar sobre alguns pontos que podem ajudar você a compreender como funciona:Psicoterapia Online tem o ponto positivo de você não precisar se deslocar até o consultório do profissional, o que já super ajuda quem tem rotina apertada ou até aqueles que viajam muito a trabalho.Outra vantagem é a flexibilidade dos horários, que podem ser também uma das dificuldades de pessoas com rotinas corridas e não conseguem um horário nos consultórios de maneira presencial.O paciente/cliente deve apenas possuir um dispositivo para realizar chamadas de vídeo e garantir que o local onde irá realizar a sua consulta seja privado, para evitar que ninguém fique ouvindo o que se está falando na sessão (existem outros meios de terapia online, como por mensagens, e-mail, etc., mas aqui vou falar mais sobre as chamadas de vídeo por serem as mais utilizadas pelos profissionais).Por conta dessa facilidade do atendimento online, os profissionais também podem cobrar valores mais acessíveis nas sessões, uma vez que muitos deles não terão os mesmos custos dos atendimentos presenciais, como a locação da sala por exemplo.Algo que percebo bastante no consultório (online e presencial) é que algumas pessoas têm receio de procurar um profissional sem antes conhecê-lo, e a vantagem de termos um perfil nessas plataformas de atendimento online – como a Psicologia Viva – é a possibilidade que ela oferece para você visualizar um pouco quem é o profissional, suas especialidades, os valores de seus atendimentos, etc.Mas como saber qual é o melhor psicólogo para mim?Sinto em dizer-lhes, mas neste caso não temos uma fórmula mágica. Costumo dizer: assim como existem pessoas que a gente se identifica mais do que outras, assim é com o psicólogo.Existe a construção de uma aliança terapêutica, que não é criada da noite para o dia e também existe a questão da abordagem utilizada por esse profissional. Às vezes o modo como a abordagem traz a visão de mundo e de homem não condiz com suas formas de ver a vida e isso pode ser um fator importante para uma boa evolução.Estudos comprovam que o atendimento presencial ou online possuem suas vantagens e eficácias comprovadas, alguns inclusive apontam que o processo online pode ser um ótimo recurso àqueles que o acesso ao cuidado de saúde mental é restrito, como pessoas que vivem em cidades sem oferta de profissionais psicólogos; a internet permite que essas pessoas tenham mais acesso para cuidarem de si.

Ou seja, quando alguém está sentindo emoções negativas, como medo, raiva ou insegurança, por exemplo, é fácil que o equilíbrio entre sua mente e corpo se perca, podendo levar ao surgimento de doenças.Assim, o objetivo dos florais de Bach passa por restaurar esse equilíbrio, ajudando a pessoa a aceitar e trabalhar suas emoções. Por exemplo, quando alguém sente medo, deve trabalhar a coragem, já quem sente muito estresse deve melhorar sua capacidade para relaxar, de forma a que o corpo e a mente consigam estar novamente em sintonia, evitando ou combatendo diferentes tipos de problemas de saúde.Como escolher os florais certosOs 38 florais de Bach foram divididos em 7 tipos diferentes de categorias:Medo;Insegurança;Perda de interesse;Solidão;Sensibilidade aumentada;Desesperança e desespero;Preocupação.Mesmo dentro da mesma categoria, cada florar tem sua indicação específica e, por isso, para escolher o melhor florar é sempre recomendado consultar um terapeuta floral, que irá avaliar a pessoa e tentar identificar através de seu comportamento e sintomas qual a emoção que pode estar em desequilíbrio.Uma vez que um problema pode ter várias alterações emocionais na sua base, poderão ser utilizados mais que um ou dois floral no tratamento, geralmente até 6 ou 7, no máximo.O que é o Rescue remedy?O rescue remedy é uma mistura desenvolvida pelo Dr. Edward Bach que pode ser comprada pronta e que combina 5 tipos de florais diferentes. O rescue remedy pode ser usado em casos de emergência causados pelo estresse diário, para ajudar a ultrapassar situações difíceis e estressantes, como ter um exame ou entrevista de emprego.Os florais contidos nesta mistura são: Impatiens, Estrela de Belém, Ameixa de Cerejeira, Rosa de Rocha e Clematis.Como usar os florais corretamenteExistem 3 principais tipos de métodos para utilizar os florais de Bach:1. Diluição num copo de águaEste método consiste em diluir 2 gotas de cada essência floral indicada pelo terapeuta num copo de água e, depois, ir bebendo ao longo do dia ou, pelo menos, 4 vezes ao dia. Caso não se beba o copo inteiro num dia, é possível guardar na geladeira para consumir no dia seguinte.Este método é mais utilizado para tratamento curtos.2. Diluição num frasco conta-gotasColocar 2 gotas de cada floral de Bach indicado pelo terapeuta no interior de um conta gotas de 30 mL e, em seguida, preencher o restante espaço com água filtrada. Depois, deve-se beber 4 gotas da mistura, pelo menos, 4 vezes ao dia. O frasco conta-gotas pode ser guardado na geladeira até 3 semanas.Este método é mais usado por quem precisa fazer um tratamento mais longo, pois ajuda a diminuir o desperdício da essência floral.3. Colocar diretamente na línguaEsta é o método que pode ser mais difícil para quem está começando a usar os florais, pois os florais não são diluídos, possuindo um sabor muito intenso. Neste método, as gotas do floral devem ser pingadas diretamente na língua, ou seja, 2 gotas, sempre que necessário.
