The loading bay is bookable for 30 minute slots for residents moving in and out of Light Studios, there is no cost for this service. 

This is a vehicle-free site except for loading. Please close the gate behind you on entry to prevent other vehicles following in. Engines must be switched off while on site, and vehicles should exit facing forward to avoid damage to the gate posts.  Please do not park in the way of the main vehicle gate as it is paramount that this is accessible for emergency service vehicles at all times.  Any cars that park on site in restricted area's on site or for extended periods without reason will incur a penalty.
