Der Elternbeirat der Kita Reischach Vertreter der Elternschaft und kümmert sich um die Belange der Kinder und Eltern im Kindergarten. In diesem speziellen Fall organisiert er eigenständig ein DSGVO konformes Fotoshooting der Kindergartenkinder.Für jedes Kind muss ein eigener Termin gebucht werden. Für jede Buchung wird ein Bestätigungsmail versandt, auch kann bei der Terminbuchung direkt ein Voucher als Bestätigung ausgedruckt werden. Die Termine gelten als verbindlich gebucht. Für jeden Termin wird eine Buchungsgebühr von 15 Euro fällig. Diese ist notwendig, um den finanziellen Grundaufwand für den Fotografen gewährleisten zu können und überhaupt diesen Termin zu ermöglichen. Die Fotos des jeweiligen Kindes werden nach dem Fotoshooting direkt vom Fotografen an die angegebene Mailadresse zur Auswahl geschickt. Für jedes Foto wird eine Gebühr erhoben. Die Fotos sind direkt beim Fotografen zu bezahlen.Für Fragen steht euch Mirjam Meßner, Vorsitzende des Elternbeirates der Kindertagesstätte St. Martin Reischach, gerne unter Mobil 0160 97959701 zur Verfügung.
