Yoga Fusion: Strength Meets StillnessThis class blends the flow of vinyasa yoga with elements of Pilates, functional strength training, and mindful breathwork for a full-body practice that builds power and flexibility in equal measure. We'll weave in balance work and light resistance movements to keep things fresh and engaging, then close with a restorative cool-down and guided breathing to bring the nervous system back to calm. Suitable for all levels — modifications are offered throughout, so whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner looking to mix things up, you'll leave feeling stronger, more centered, and recharged.Free Wellness Evaluation included.Nutrition plans available.
