FILL IN QUALIFICATIONS -This is a Baseline/Screening; then Trial fit, I&R, Dispensing

Qualifications: 1) Must be 8-17 years of age 2) Have had an eye exam in the past 2 years 3) Have an eye prescription of 0 (no glasses) to -5.00D 4) Have NO amblyopia (lazy eye) or eye diseases 5) Be willing to follow directions and attend all study sessions 6) NOT currently participating in another eye-related study

This appointment also allows us to create your client account and helps us schedule any future appointments or services that may be beneficial to you. An Options Appointment provides a confidential, non-judgmental space to discuss an unexpected pregnancy and explore your available options. During this appointment, you can ask questions, receive accurate information, and talk through your thoughts and concerns with a caring support worker. Our goal is to help you make an informed decision by providing education, support, and resources tailored to your unique situation.

The STEPS Program provides ongoing support, encouragement, and practical assistance for individuals and families facing challenging circumstances. Through regular appointments, participants can receive personalized support, access helpful resources, set goals, and develop skills that promote stability and well-being. The program is designed to walk alongside clients as they take positive steps toward meeting their personal and family goals.
