Once visual inspection is passed, (no chipping or peeling paint visible), samples will be taken and sent to the laboratory. Lab results will on average take an average of 5 business days. Once complete, you will be emailed your lab results and a digital copy of your certificate (if you pass). Full payment is required to receive results. If a unit fails the lead limits required for certification, a return visit by an inspector will be required at a reduced rate of $50 reinspection fee. Lab fees will apply for a 2nd inspection.
