During this 60 minute appointment,  one of our Stagers will walk the property taking pictures and making notes while beginning to create a plan. The walkthrough can be with the homeowner or with the listing agent. While in the home, we will provide you with suggestions on how to best showcase the property. These suggestions are based on buyer expectations.  Our stagers also base decisions on what will photograph best. We will also provide an email to both the agent and homeowner with a detailed list of our suggestions to help guide them through the process. Please note the stagers will only be advising with verbal ideas as well as the consultation plan. The cost for this service is $300.  Full payment is required to schedule an appointment. If the appointment is cancelled prior to 72 hours of the scheduled appointment, it is subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

Not all homes can be vacant during the selling process.  In these cases, we offer our ReDesign package.  We will visit the property and stage on site using the homeowner's own furniture and decor. We will also provide them with a detailed list of what they can do before photography and during showings to ensure that their home will shine. This service starts at $550 which covers up to 3 hours.  If additional time is needed, it will be billed at $100/hr.A deposit of $150  is required to secure a ReDesign appointment. This is a non-refundable deposit.  Any schedule changes within 72 hours are subject to a $50 rescheduling.  We understand that often there are circumstances out of your control.  However, once a date is reserved for you, our scheduling, staffing and planning has already begun. Please note if there are any special requests you have before we enter the property.

For vacant homes over $1,000,000  and up to $2,500,000, we offer our Deluxe Staging package to impress the high-end buyer. There is a 3-room minimum for these properties. Pricing includes up to 3 bathrooms as well as kitchen counter styling.Pricing starts at $3150 for a 45-day rental.  Additional rooms will be $600/room.Once booked online a member of our team will reach out to confirm the appointment and get payment information. Please also schedule a FREE vacant preview at least 5 days before the staging installation.A $300  non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your home staging appointment . Any schedule changes within 72 hours will be an additional $150. We understand that often there are circumstances out of your control. However, once a date is reserved, we begin making selections from our inventory, reserving the movers/truck and your stylist so that we are best prepared to give you the best service possible. The home MUST be vacant for the entirety of install day, per the staging agreement.The final invoice must be paid prior to staging day.
