This class is tailored for those that struggle with general exercise. These are all seated exercises and aim for a full body workout whilst sitting in a chair. This is perfect for the elderly or anybody that lives with health conditions that prevent them from being as independent as they would like. 

This class is a fun way of getting fit. We aim to make the class different every week. You will do bag work, pad work, some light running involved, abdominal work and more. We have a mums and daughters class on a Tuesday at 4:30 and there is no age limit. This is the parent's discretion.
