Heart Hustle Fusion! Working the most important muscle of all--the heart.  I'll be mixing in all of my personally designed cardio-based classes into one high calorie burning sweat sesh. We will be hitting some Plyo, Jump rope, Kickboxing, Step, Hip Hop and more in an EMOM (1 minute) style circuit format.

1 hr in person class with Ella in Castletownbere. Class will start with meditation and breath and then move into a practice that changes weekly, working with a mixture of flexibility, awareness and some strength. Located in the studio upstairs by the Circe K petrol station.

This is the perfect class if you would like to go a bit deeper with your practice. We will take more time with breath and meditation. And spend longer with postures and moving practice, often using different techniques and approaches to work with the body. We often take a focus with  certain areas of the body too. It finishes with a long relaxation including a short sound bath. This class really aims to nourish you and help you connect in with your body and explore the asanas. The space is beautiful, comfortable and ideal to completely switch off.
