Bachata is a style of dance that originated in the Dominican Republic. It is danced widely all over the world but not identically. Bachata Sensual specifically was a version of Bachata that was made popular in Spain. It is a mix between dance and theatre with strict follow and lead principles. The dance is an interpretation of the music with mostly circular movements and body waves, except when the music has stronger beats, when the dance uses isolations and dips. At Jaff Fit Dance Studios, we offer both Bachata Sensual Group Classes as well as Bachata Ladies classes which focus on Ladies solo dancing and styling.  Please note that the Group Classes are open to both couples or individuals. 

Reggaeton is a type of late 1990s dance that began in Puerto Rico. Reggaeton goes back to the Jamaican style of Dancehall and Reggae music. Its a dance characterized by strong isolation and vigorous movements of the whole body.In Jaff Fit Dance Studios  you will have the opportunity to relax and stimulate the body to act in Puerto Rican and Jamaican rhythms. Le gainage des ongles : c'est une base en gel qui fortifie l'ongle et permet de gommer les imperfections ( stries, creux dans l'ongle...) mais également de créer ce "bombé" qui fait que l'ongle parait parfait! C'est aussi nécessaire dés que vos ongles sont longs, car le gainage améliore la tenue du vernis et évite la casse. La tenue du gainage est de 3 à 5 semaines. Ce service assure un résultat naturel, élégant et durable, tout en prenant soin de la santé de vos ongles.
