Hiphop continues to evolve from old school to popping, locking, house and new school.in Jaff Fit Dance Studios you will have an amazing dose of cardio and you will explore different techniques of this dance. the most important thing about dancing is having fun.

Bachata is a style of dance that originated in the Dominican Republic. It is danced widely all over the world but not identically. Bachata Sensual specifically was a version of Bachata that was made popular in Spain. It is a mix between dance and theatre with strict follow and lead principles. The dance is an interpretation of the music with mostly circular movements and body waves, except when the music has stronger beats, when the dance uses isolations and dips. At Jaff Fit Dance Studios, we offer both Bachata Sensual Group Classes as well as Bachata Ladies classes which focus on Ladies solo dancing and styling.  Please note that the Group Classes are open to both couples or individuals. 

Reggaeton is a type of late 1990s dance that began in Puerto Rico. Reggaeton goes back to the Jamaican style of Dancehall and Reggae music. Its a dance characterized by strong isolation and vigorous movements of the whole body.In Jaff Fit Dance Studios  you will have the opportunity to relax and stimulate the body to act in Puerto Rican and Jamaican rhythms. This free spirited style of dance will teach you how to wave and shake your body on the dancefloor. Vamos a Perrear!

Procédé: Je prépare la plaque ongulaire à recevoir les soins adaptés, j'élimine ensuite la cuticule sèche. J'applique une base qui nourrit et protège l'ongle. Je fais ensuite le gainage avec du gel de construction et nous choisissons ensuite la couleur que vous souhaitez.
