We have designed a golf fitness class to prepare you for the course. The class has been designed to improve your strength, mobility, balance and the key component of the golf swing, speed. Our physio, Eoghan, is certified by Titleist Performance Institute for the preparation of golf athletes. The class is flexible and can be tailored to you.
