We starten met een toestemmingsoefening, en tijdens de massage kan je eventueel jouw ondergoed aanhouden tot het veilig voelt voor jou om die uit te doen (of niet).Een neo-tantra massage houdt in dat jij volledig naakt bent en dat ook je geslachtsdelen gemasseerd worden (extern). Seksuele energie is welkom, maar ik (of jij) doe er niets actief mee, er is geen bewust ‘happy end’.Je ligt op een massagetafel. We starten met het creëeren van een zo veilig mogelijke omgeving, waarbij grenzen en goesting worden aangegeven. We bespreken hoe naakt je wel of niet wil zijn tijdens de massage. We wisselen massages uit, met mijn hulp en begeleiding. We beleven een heerlijke tijd samen waarvan je het gevoel en wat je geleerd hebt nog lang mee kan dragen.
