Bowen Therapy sessionThe Bowen Therapy Technique is a hands-on holistic therapy that uses specific moves over your muscle and soft tissue to help bring the body back into balance in a natural and safe way.  It can help provide relief for acute as well as long standing chronic conditions.  Benefits also include injury management and prevention.  The treatment is so gentle that it is suitable for all ages and stages of life, from babies to the elderly.Treatment is carried out through light clothing, manipulations are soft but effects can be profound in supporting your full body's systems.  Generally clients feel better, more relaxed and in less pain / discomfort and have a better range of movement after a session, and often better sleep is a perk!  Message me if you have any questions or follow me on Facebook or Instagram for more information of the benefit of Bowen Therapy.

Trying Bowen Therapy for the first time?  Or the first time with Bowen by Karen?This appointment covers your initial consultation time as well as your first hands on session.Even if you have tried Bowen before, I will still spend time on your consultation to understand what is going on in your body to assess the best treatment plan.For the best results, expect to attend 2-3 sessions to begin with, each a week apart.  This is something we will discuss on your initial consultation as can vary from person to person.  

Bowen Therapy is so gentle that it can be used effectively on children, even from a very early age.  I have listed this as an option to book but please understand that I will speak with you before a children's appointment will be confirmed.Available Fridays at 101 Abbeygreen, Lesmahagow.
