Meilleure concentration, relaxation, flexibilité,.....Le Qi Gong joue sur la vitalité et les moyens de récupération en cas de grande fatigue, de surmenage, de maladie, de décalage horaire. Au quotidien, cette vitalité accrue protège contre les effets secondaires du stress, mieux contrôlés, augmente la résistance à l'effort physique et intellectuel et la résistance aux maladies. Le Qi Gong renforce tous les organes, la moelle épinière et le cerveau, l'immunité.Il existe des preuves scientifiques d'actions bénéfiques sur l'hypertension, le cholestérol, l'anxiété, l'insomnie et les effets anti-âge : poussés, notamment par l'action des hormones GH, ACTH, mélatonine, cortisol.... En une heure, vous vous sentez énergisé, propre mais calme en même temps.
