This is a programme of six 60-minute coaching sessions  in a supportive, non-judgemental environment, with ongoing email support and resources provided throughout the programme. Please book the initial session online and we can then schedule the remaining sessions during our first session.Payment options available.

Online individual 60-minute mentoring session in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.If you need to cancel our appointment due to illness or emergency, please do so as soon as possible, either online or by email or telephone. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking, you are asked to give a minimum of 24 hours notice and a refund will be issued. If less than 24 hours notice is given then the full cost of a session may be charged, unless in the event of illness, or illness of a family member.

Straps are a beautiful discipline as well as a great way to cross train for any aerial equipment. This course we will go through some basic moves on straps and conditioning. We will focus on body alignment, solid technique and progressing on everyone's personal goals. Please note that we do not currently provide classes for under 18s - any questions, please contact the committee.

In this class you will learn new climbs and sequences, as well as do some exercises that can help you achieve the more advanced dynamic moves.Pre requisites: signed off on silks, ideally you are able to straddle climb (long or short arms are both fine).Please note that we are not currently accepting under 18s in our classes. We are working hard to make alternative arrangements for our under 18 community and if you have any questions, please contact the committee.

Trapeze is one of the oldest and fundamental circus arts. In this class we will be exploring moves on the trapeze working on, below and above the bar to make fantastic shapes. Please note that we do not currently provide classes for under 18s - any questions, please contact the committee.

Intensive Reinigungs-Behandlung für die unreine Haut. Gestartet wird mit der hautzustandsgerechten Reinigung, anschließend sorgt ein Enzympeeling dafür, dass die Haut tiefenwirksam gepeelt wird und alte Hautschüppchen entfernt werden. Beim intensiven Ausreinigen, welches bei dieser Behandlung im absoluten Fokus steht, werden Unreinheiten und Mitesser sorgfältig entfernt. Ein beruhigendes Serum mit Soforteffekt wirkt Rötungen nach der Ausreinigung entgegen.
