The aim of remedial massage is to encourage physical and mental relaxation, improve circulation and muscle tone, prevent soft tissue problems, assist the functioning of the digestive system and encourage the elimination of toxins from the body. Massage basically involves manipulating the skin, muscles and joints .

Myotherapy is a form of manual therapy which focuses on assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain and associated pathologies. Myotherapy incorporates trigger point therapy and a wide range of soft tissue massage and manipulation including: muscle energy technique, dry needling, and joint mobilisation. Myotherapy treatments incorporate the following: a thorough patient history; observations of tissues, movement, and gait; postural assessment; palpating of spine, peripheral joints, musculature, connective tissue, and associated viscera; clinical orthopaedic and neurological tests.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage assists the lymphatic fluids flow through the body, helping to eliminate toxins and excess fluids and provide a relaxing massage. This improves your overall health, reduces swelling, breaks down old scar tissue, and provides pain-free post-operative massage. The effects are very soothing as well as re-energizing.
