Ensemble, nous posons les premières étapes d’un suivi personnalisé: hygiène de vie au quotidien, alimentation adaptée et bien-être global. Vous repartez avec des premières recommandations concrètes et un plan d’accompagnement sur mesure pour avancer sereinement et durablement.

Notre service première consultation de Naturopathie (à distance) constitue votre point d’entrée personnalisé. Lors d’une visioconférence WhatsApp, nous créons votre dossier, recueillons des données détaillées, clarifions votre problématique et posons les bases d’un suivi sur mesure. Nous abordons la découverte de la Naturopathie au quotidien, l’alimentation et vos objectifs de bien-être, afin d’élaborer des premières recommandations concrètes et un plan d’accompagnement adapté, progressif et évolutif.

Le suivi de Naturopathie assure un accompagnement continu après la première consultation. À chaque session, nous réalisons un bilan des progrès, analysons vos retours et réévaluons le programme initial. Les ajustements personnalisés portent sur l'hygiène de vie, l'alimentation, la gestion du stress/émotions et les soutiens naturels (phytothérapie, hydrolats, aromathérapie...). Nous définissons des objectifs mesurables, des outils concrets et un soutien motivationnel, afin d’optimiser durablement votre vitalité et l’autonomie dans vos habitudes.
