It is not a traditional talk therapy session, but a dedicated time for the counsellor to complete clinical documentation such as summaries, letters, or forms. During this time, the counsellor may also: 1. Prepare or review relevant client paperwork 2. Contact you for clarification or additional information, if needed 3. Obtain informed consent when applicable Please note: Booking this time ensures that the counsellor can prioritize your request and provide accurate, timely documentation.
