Welcome to my booking site, let's get you and your beautiful baby booked in for their first ever photography session! When you book, you secure your session with a £100 non-refundable session fee. You then come along for your photography session, and will then choose your final collection. This could be a digital bundle, framed wall art, prints, or keepsake box, your final balance will be due at your Selection appointment. Please double check my prices on my website to see if there's something to suit your budget, or get in touch to chat about a bespoke package.Baby is here: Newborn sessions take place anytime from birth until around 8 weeks, however Lockdown has shown me that we can still get beautiful newborn style images with older babies too so don't let this put you off. I will do my best to give you the best experience. Baby due soon: If you are pregnant, and have had your 20 week scan you can book a session date 14 days after your due date, and when baby arrives, we will then work out a date that is best for both of you as we all know babies don't arrive on time, and we never know how ready you will be. If you can make your pre-booked date then that's great, but there is no pressure my end and it can easily be moved closer to the time. I start newborn sessions at 10am only, to make sure it is the first event of your day, and baby isn't overtired before arriving. I only offer one newborn session each day to allow me to thoroughly clean my studio and any items used.

We'll create a bank of amazing new outfits, identify key gaps that will help to bring existing pieces back into your rotation and have a whole lot of fun along the way! This option is best used in conjunction with a wardrobe service because my shopping sessions are a little different to what you may be used to... I am there as your shopping assistant - not your personal shopper. I believe that teaching you the skills to know what you are looking for in a shop (especially a preloved store) reduces the overwhelm, the impulse purchasing and the second guessing. So by starting in your wardrobe; you are far more likely to have a better understanding of your shape, fabric composition, cuts and styles that will help your existing wardrobe - instead of overwhelming it! I'll plan where we go and use our list from our wardrobe session to guide us. Within the shopping time I'll encourage you to lean in to your new understanding of why something will or won't work. This may sound scary, but trust me - you'll thank me later! I can do as much or as little hand holding as you need and I'm always 100% honest so you come away with exactly what you DO need and none of what you DON'T. This session will look to nail your basics, (including underwear) from your head down to your toes! WHAT’S INCLUDED: up to 4 hours of personal shopping, both pre-loved and new (or quite possibly a mix of both). *Minimum 2 hours 24 hour cancellation policy

Limited Lead Free and Lead Free inspections $175 plus laboratory fees. Lab fees are $12.50 per tested room. Ask about our discounts. Testing of each room in the house including kitchen and bathrooms are required. If chipping paint or dust is visible, the inspector will provide you with a list of areas to mitigate. A return visit will be needed to inspect deficient areas but no fee will be required. Once visual inspection is passed, (no chipping or peeling paint visible), samples will be taken and sent to the laboratory. Lab results will on average take an average of 5 business days. Once complete, you will be emailed your lab results and a digital copy of your certificate (if you pass). Full payment is required to receive results. If a unit fails the lead limits required for certification, a return visit by an inspector will be required at a reduced rate of $50 reinspection fee. Lab fees will apply for a 2nd inspection.

Radon Side by Side Test for Real Estate Transactions $145/residential unit ​2 Side by Side Tests are used to insure accuracy.​ used are approved by Maryland Department of the Environment. No additional Costs at all. Price includes Test Placement, return Visit and Lab Results Sent Via Email Approved for Real Estate Transactions and Home Safety Testing.
