This class is hosted by Tracie. Tracie's approach to LIFE is NO EXCUSES! As the Fitness Director at Pulse Fitness, she works on giving everyone access to the best Programs to suit all their needs.Tracie is an Energetic Individual that has been involved in the Industry for over 15 years. She has worked in several aspects of health & fitness from Personal Training, instructing classes and Management. Tracie has instructed a variety of styles of classes, along with programs & events that involve the community. She works hard at bringing education, experience and a positive outlook to every level of fitness. Along with working within her surroundings, she has made it a point to travel to other parts of the country to get the latest and greatest styles in the industry. Her passion for fitness and health is what she brings to the table every time she teaches or trains a client. In her own words, "There is nothing better than helping someone achieve their goals and them telling you, you've help them get their life back"
