Toro has recently discovered a situation which could impact Lynx customers using versions 6.0 and 6.5.  This issue is limited to customers that created their Lynx database in 6.0 or 6.5 from scratch and water by amount (ET and/or inches/centimeters for example).  Please note that this situation is caused by a calculation, resulting in areas of over or under watering, which you likely corrected already through percent adjust.   This is for us to remotely connect to your computer and analyze your data.  Please provide us with a good phone number to contact you in the event we need to discuss our corrective actions.  We will need the computer to be on and connected to the internet.  You do not need to be present for this action.
