Location à la demi-journée bureau Banzaï. Réservez un espace professionnel dédié pour vos consultations, réunions ou sessions de travail, au créneau de votre choix: 8h-13h ou 14h-19h. Merci de respecter strictement les horaires indiqués afin d’assurer la fluidité des réservations. À la fin de votre utilisation, veillez à ranger et nettoyer le bureau pour accueillir au mieux les prochains praticiens. Service idéal pour besoins ponctuels, avec réservation simple et rapide.

 Pour qui ?   Adultes et ados dès 14 ans. Combien de temps et où ?   1h30 pour la première séance, puis environ 1h15 ensuite. Au cabinet ou en visio. Le tarif ?   75€. Embark on your journey towards emotional well-being with Debbie, an adult and young people therapist and mental health professional.In this introductory session, you'll work collaboratively with Debbie to explore the motivations, challenges and goals bringing you to therapy.This engaging and supportive first meeting aims to provide clarity and identify personalized pathways for therapy.

CBT can help in managing of actual uncomfortable states while hypnotherapy can go to the root. Both approaches lead to the change of the perception. While hypnotherapy is aiming at subconscious tendencies, ‘CBT’ is focusing more on conscious understanding and this works better with open awareness, so we talk also about Mindfulness, therefore, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy MCBH. Combination of all approaches can create a lasting effect. A price for the session is £70, a discounted price is £55 in case of state benefits.
