L'objet de cette consultation est un bilan de Vitalité, c'est à dire un échange verbal, d'environ 1h30, durant lequel nous abordons tous les systèmes et toutes les dimensions de votre personne, ainsi que l'alimentation, les habitudes de vie, et bien d'autres choses. Ce bilan initial va permettre de vous proposer les premières directions à envisager pour votre mieux-être (physique, émotionnel ou autre). Important : cette consultation ne se substitue pas à un suivi médical, et ne pourra que venir le compléter.

Échange verbal permettant un premier contact, à savoir si votre problématique peut être traitée par la naturopathie. Permet de se positionner plus facilement pour prendre un rdv.

Echange verbal d'environ 1h, pour dresser un bilan de votre état émotionnel, afin de déterminer les Elixirs Floraux qui pourraient vous convenir au moment de la consultation, ainsi que des propositions de pratiques naturopathiques qui pourraient s'y associer. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese healing technique that helps reduce stress, relax the mind and body, as well as promotes inner balance by improving energy flow through the body. A complete Reiki session lasts 60 to 90 minutes. The recipient is lying on a treatment table or sitting comfortably in a chair while fully clothed.  Reiki is offered through the practitioner by light touch or placing the hands above or on a series of locations; the head, torso, and limbs.  The placement of the hands should never be intrusive or inappropriate, nor should there be any pressure or manipulation.  It is quite normal for some clients to fall asleep and many of them report feeling lighter and more relaxed after a session.
