Before beginning your 16-week training program, please schedule 3 acclimation visits on three separate days.These visits are intended to help you adjust to your assigned training group and should take no longer than 30 minutes. Parking is free. Please park in any available spot around our building. Upon arrival, please proceed to Suite 300 and ring the doorbell or call (619) 543-3494.

This is a SINGLE 60 min to 75 min Bio-Energy Healing session provided IN-PERSON.Recommended for relaxation, to provide an energy boost, immune system boost, or as part of a regular treatment plan to maintain optimal health and well being (best following a full course of treatment). Recommended for best results. One FULL COURSE OF TREATMENT is 5 sessions (4 sessions + 1 follow up session, each 60 min to 75 min), however some clients may require more treatment depending on their condition and how long it has been present.IN-PERSON TREATMENT SCHEDULE: The recommended course of treatment provided in-person is either 1 session per day over 4 consecutive days + follow up session 3 - 4 weeks later OR 3 consecutive day sessions in one week and then 1 session the following week plus follow up session 3 - 4 weeks later OR alternatively we can do 1 session per week over 4 consecutive weeks + follow up session 3 - 4 weeks later.
