Before beginning your 16-week training program, please schedule 3 acclimation visits on three separate days.These visits are intended to help you adjust to your assigned training group and should take no longer than 30 minutes. Parking is free. This is a SINGLE 60 min to 75 min Bio-Energy Healing session provided IN-PERSON.Recommended for relaxation, to provide an energy boost, immune system boost, or as part of a regular treatment plan to maintain optimal health and well being (best following a full course of treatment).
