This class moves you through 26 traditional poses, with long holds, rather than flowing from pose to pose with the breath.  It is a full body sequence of postures for beginners to advanced practitioners. Postures promote strength and flexibility while fostering deeper levels of concentration.  Room will be warm.

Body Tune up uses The Roll Model Method which is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the various Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, CheckIn and ReCheck, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation).

KT Tape is an elastic sports and fitness tape designed for muscle, ligament and tendon pain relief and support. It is applied along muscles, ligaments, and tendons to provide a light weight, external support.

These trips provide a good introduction to fly fishing and the area trout streams with 4 hours of guided fly fishing and instruction. This gives you a quality fly fishing trip without the overload of too much windshield time. Whether you’re short on time and can’t commit to a full day trip or visiting Madison for a conference this option lets you sneak in some fishing and learn some new skills.

WI Trout Season: March 1 - October 15

A fly casting lesson is the key to getting started in fly fishing, and it gives you the most important skill for the pursuit. It also helps you become a better angler. We offer introductory lessons for beginners, casting tune-up for the intermediate angler, and advanced lessons for the angler going on that saltwater trip of a lifetime.

These trips take us deeper into the Driftless Area farther away from Madison, and off the beaten path. You’ll be provided with 8 hours of guided fishing, tackle, and a lunch to keep you fueled up. A full day trip gives you more time to hone your skills and practice what you’ve learned. We’ll have the opportunity to fish lots of quality streams that have higher densities of wild brown trout per mile, and more opportunities to catch quality fish.

Sun: 10:40am HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance, while working towards a clear mind. This class is special because we introduce a hip hop mix of music. While music directly effects exercise motivation, you endure more of workout by synchronizing with the beat at the right tempo. On a occasion this music will be played by a live DJ at the studio giving off intense energy, enhancing a killer work out.

Tue 6:10pm / Thur 5:30pm / Fri: 6:10pm HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This class is special because we introduce a Reggaeton/Latin mix of music. While music directly effects exercise motivation, you endure more of a workout by synchronizing with the beat and tempo. On a occasion this music will be played by a live DJ at the studio giving off intense energy, enhancing a killer work out.

Your first session will include an initial assessment and goal orientated discussion, and subsequent sessions will be structured workouts with one-on-one instruction. Your workout plan will be closely monitored by Jolie to make sure you are making progress toward your goals.  

$55 per 0-60 min session 

$70 per 61-90 min session

Jolie will write a 4 week workout plan and send it to you to complete on your own. All custom workout plans include a 30 minute initial assessment so that Jolie can meet with you to discuss your goals and tailor your plan to help you reach them. Plans also include weekly progress check-ins.
