- 30-45 minute cardio based high intensity workout- Through the use of Concept 2 Rowers, Skiers, Bikergs, assault bikes and bodyweight movements we create a high intensity class which challenges you as an individual. Each class is designed in a way to accommodate and challenge everyone no matter their previous gym experience. - We use polar heart rate monitors which show us live data that tracks calorie burn, heart rate and training zones
