Our Assessments comprise of a series of basketball moves that will help evaluate your overall physical status, stamina and skill level. There is a wide range of standardized basketball skills used for these assessments, some of which are intended for fitness purposes which will help us design an appropriate skills training program.  Requirements: 1/2 court PLEASE NOTE: Clients are required to book and pay for all court hire fees.
