Individueller Einzelunterricht auf Deinen Zustand, Ziele und Bedürfnisse angepasst. Bei jeder Einheit fangen wir mit einem Vorgespräch und einer Bestandsaufnahme an, um die Meditiation auf Deinen aktuellen Ist-Zustand und Ziel-Zustand anzupassen. Im Anschluss starten wir mit der Meditation und praktizieren diese. Am Ende der Meditation gehen wir in eine Schlussentspannung über. Zum Abschluss sprechen wir nochmals über die Erfahrungen und Deinen aktuellen Zustand, um das weitere Vorgehen zu bestimmen. Solltest Du keinen der im Kalender verfügbaren Termine wahrnehmen können, kontaktiere mich gerne für eine individuelle Abstimmung Deiner privaten Meditationseinheit. Es ist nicht notwendig zum Kurs eigenes Equipment mitzubringen. Ziehe Dir lediglich bequeme Kleidung an, damit Du dich wohl fühlst.
