Deep tissue massage involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. Before your deep tissue massage, your massage therapist will want to know about your problem areas. A deep tissue massage can involve your entire body or just one area.

Swedish massage is primarily known for its relaxation effects. The massage techniques are more gliding strokes, and kneading with less pressure for the purposes of relaxation. It is mostly used for an all over body or upper body specific massage. The benefits are reducing stress, reduced pain, reduced muscle fatigue, aids recovery, promotes sleep, promotes digestion, helps to regulate blood pressure and improves circulation. I provide this in a low lit room where you can enjoy the calming silence.
