Please book an extended consultation for your first visit. During an initial consultation there will be a detailed discussion of your condition, a diagnosis by Chinese Medicine principles, and a treatment plan will be decided. Then we get to business - you may get homework. Sometimes an extended consultation is needed for clients who present with multiple conditions.

Acupuncture relieves pain, balances musculo-skeletal chains, and regulates physiological systems. It is done by inserting fine, sterile needles. Standard consultations are shorter, with less talk and more action.

Some conditions are best treated with herbs and some people just don't like acupuncture. During an initial Herbal Medicine Consultation there will be a detailed discussion of your condition, a diagnosis by Chinese Medicine principles, and a treatment plan will be decided. Then we get to business - you may get homework. You should allow a little time after the consultation for me to determine the best combination of herbs for your unique condition, compose the prescription, and dispense your medicine. I'll also guide you through the process of cooking your herbs.
