These circles were a ritual to connect with the natural world, each other, and celebrate the feminine. For example, some indigenous cultures and tribes would have moon lodges, a gathering of women to honor "Grandmother moon." These circles were considered incredibly potent and healing, and it was thought that when the women from the tribe gathered together and connected as one, they could connect to the divine and seek answers to any problem. A Medicine Woman would often facilitate the circle to keep the energy flowing, enthusiasm strong, and teach lessons on the stars and seasons.Each circle will have different themes and intentions that will be revealed to the Women when arriving. Holiday camps for ages 3+Camps run 9-3pm and are a mixture of gymnastics activities, play and a craft activity. Pack lunch required.Please note that children must be able to use the toilet by themselves£27 if booked by 8th February 

Workshop for those that can already handstand, cartwheel and round-off and are ready to start working on flics and multiple flics. Age 6+

Session to work on perfecting forward and backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels. Age 4+ and happy to stay on their own as parents will not be in the gym for these classes due to camps running
