45 minute Vinyasa Yoga class. This class has been created to support beginners and intermediates in yoga, however all levels are welcome. In this class, you will stretch out muscles that you use in everyday life and challenge your balance and flexibility, before exploring mindfulness through meditation/breath work. Different levels for positions will be offered, to cater for Yogi's at all stages in their journey. All movements are optional. Always ensure you speak with a doctor before beginning yoga, should you have any medical conditions.
