"Redd smart mat" er et kurs for barn og ungdom, som ønsker å lære mer om å redde mat, ta bærekraftige matvalg og lage mat på en smart måte! Vi redder mat som egentlig skulle blitt kastet fra lokale butikker og lager digg og sunn mat av disse varene. På denne måten kan barn og ungdom få et mer bevisst forhold til matsvinn og nye ferdigheter innen matlaging. During this session you will be introduced to the wonderful world of Breastfeeding. I will educate you on different breastfeeding positions, modeling the proper use of a breast pump( electric/manual), measuring nipples for correct flange size, hand expressing, latching, proper hydration/ nutrition, diaper output / color, creating a freezer stash, alcohol intake, clogged milk ducts, proper cleaning of breast, nipple care and how to get your milk flowing immediately after birth.

Diets and weight loss can be very tricky while breastfeeding. This session is for my breastfeeding mamas who want to look and feel good while providing their precious liquid gold. During this session we both will come up with a low crab meal plan that is suitable for you based on your desired fitness goals but also helping you maintain your breast milk supply.
