This (Em)body session or series will support you to harness your body intelligence so you can get clarity on your next steps whilst mapping a journey that will take you there. In a safe environment, you will be guided to sense, see and feel the different parts of an issue. This experience will reveal hidden dynamics + areas that need support so you can shift into greater alignment. Online or in-person. Single sessions are £120.
