During the conversation, we review your specific goals and then tailor a plan to meet the physical demands of what you need. As Golf Fitness Specialists through NASM, we are uniquely qualified to structure a golf-specific training plan you can follow daily.  The plan will be given two weeks at a time, with check-in during the middle to reevaluate, followed by two more weeks of specific training.

There has always been a disconnect between a lesson and specific practice.  Younger players often struggle with knowing what to work on in any given practice session.  Based on years of research and pulling from knowledge of endurance sport training plans, the personalized practice plan will give a specific procedure and time needed for a golf practice session.  Stop wondering what to work on and know for sure with this plan.  Similar to personal training, the plan is given two weeks at a time with a call in between to make sure you are progressing through the program.
