Hourly consulting with a former TTB (federal) investigator and life long small business owner. Consulting is compliance focused based on federal regulations. You will be provided insight on how to set up your unique operations in a way that is the most lucrative while still maintaining 100% federal compliance. By understanding regulations thoroughly, you can answer your own questions, save thousands in excise tax or thousands on fines and penalties. This works well for general information on how to get started in the winery, brewery or distillery business. This can help you determine whether you need outside help to navigate the TTB process or if you can handle it yourself. This also works well to get specific advice on compliance issues, setting up your books, learning how to fill out your TTB reports and returns, prepare for a TTB audit, or determine if and when you need an attorney.

Select this option if you have already had a one on one consult and wish to schedule additional consulting time or training. This time can be used for you to ask questions or cover any topics offered in our seminars. This time could also be used in many ways to include training on how to fill out TTB reporting & returns as well as record keeping. NOTE: Issues in these areas are one of the biggest reasons why an industry member gets audited or investigated. This time can also be used for help with setting up accounting or book keeping for your unique alcohol related business (Hint: a Point of Sales System will usually not suffice to meet federal regulations for record keeping). A zoom meeting link will be sent to you with instructions if needed.
